Established in 2011

Samarkand Steakhouse was founded with one simple idea — to bring the bold, fire-driven flavors of Central Asia to the table in a way that feels both authentic and unforgettable.

Inspired by the ancient city of Samarkand, a historic crossroads of cultures, trade, and hospitality, our restaurant reflects a rich culinary tradition built on generosity, craftsmanship, and respect for food.

We are more than a restaurant — we are a Central Asian steakhouse experience.

Our kitchen is rooted in Uzbek cuisine, where meals are not just eaten — they are shared. From handmade dumplings to slow-cooked rice dishes and charcoal-grilled meats, every plate tells a story of tradition passed down through generations.

At the heart of our concept is fire.
